Whole network data analysis

Hello,

1. I am collecting whole network data using the Roster interface. I have piloted the tool and one of the things I have noticed when exporting the data is that the Edge list CSV is empty. Is this expected or Okay?
2. I would like to construct a network map connecting all nodes to all nodes in R. There is documentation to go about analyzing egocentric networks. Do you have anything for whole network analysis? Or can you point me to resources I can use?

Can I ask why you think that an edge would be created by nominating a node from a roster? The idea is that nominating a node from a roster adds that node to the network. So to answer your question, this is expected.

I’m afraid not. Methodological approaches to network analysis are numerous and complex, and the specific approach you should take will be entirely dependant on your data and your objectives. We simply provide the tool - we do not have the resources to teach SNA. If you are a student, I suggest trying to find out if your university offers any courses on network analysis. Otherwise, I suggest researching the topic in your nearest university library.
