Today, we’re immensely proud and excited to share a major update regarding the Network Canvas project. After over a year of development, we are releasing entirely new versions of Architect, Interviewer, and Fresco that contain dozens of new features and enhancements. They represent a significant evolution in the quality of the software, and we hope they will have a dramatic positive impact on the community.

Highlights include:
- A move to web-based apps, allowing us to once again support iPad for data collection (as well as every other platform that can run a web browser), and a seamless install and update process for all tools
- Several new interfaces, allowing new kinds of data collection
- Dramatically improved accessibility and user experience for participants and researchers
Alongside these improvements, we have launched a new version of the Network Canvas documentation site, which is now structured around the stages of the research process, making it easier to find the information you need. The documentation site includes new content on how to migrate and use the latest versions of the tools, as well as guidance on how each tool fits into your workflow.
