Is it possible to use Network Canvas in an unsupervised ego-network survey? If so, do I need to provide instructions to the respondents to make sense of the network charting process and the issue of attributing pseudo names to network actors?

In short, we do not recommend using Network Canvas to conduct unsupervised interviews. The software is designed around co-production in order to create a better quality data collection experience for participants. We hope to expand into unsupervised interviewing in the future!
