Is it possible to design non-network questions along with network questions in Network Canvas? Because I am planning to conduct an online survey that part of it includes questions on personal social network of my respondents and another part contains non-network questions.
Yes, the software does support basic data collection from the participant. The ego-form interface is what you need. The per-alter form and per-alter edge form interfaces allow similar arbitrary data collection about alters and ties.

With that said, it is important to remember that the software is not designed primarily for this purpose, and we recommend that you use dedicated survey software for non network questions for anything other than short surveys.
