I am programing for a project that contains questions from both Qualtrics and Network Canvas. I know I can add the Network Canvas protocol URL to the Qualtrics protocol, so they can share the same identifier ID. I was wondering if there is any way to generate data from both protocols on the same excel sheet/ outputs?
I think you’d have to look at writing a data processing script that takes your qualtrics data and your network canvas data and merges it. This would of course be after the fact. There is no way to have your qualtrics data passed in to network canvas, unfortunately or vice-versa (if you know of software that supports this, please let me know and I will look into how they do it!).
If you have any familiarity with python or another scripting language, I may be able to help you to develop something. Please let me know if this would help
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly! I do have basic knowledge in using R. It will be super helpful if we could work on developing data processing script that merges qualtrics data and network canvas data according to the unique identifier/participant ID from qualtrics. We envision the merged data to have everything on one excel sheet that has demographic variables from qualtrics and all other variables made from Architect.
Glad to hear you might be able to get started with this. I don’t have any experience the the Qualtrics data formats, but I can’t foresee this being too challenging. A great deal will depend on the nature of your data, the types of analysis you want to do, and the nature of the data you are collecting with network canvas.
If you have any specific questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
