Exporting interviews on Macbook

I’m trying to export interviews in Interviewer using my Macbook and I keep getting an error report. I’d share it but I can’t copy the text. I’ve tried exporting as CSV and as graphml but neither is working. Help please.

Sorry to hear this! Can you try taking a screenshot of the error?

If you are using Interviewer, you can get more debug information by clicking “Develop” → “Toggle developer tools”, and then clicking on the “console” tab. This will show errors in red text that you should be able to copy and paste.

Can you confirm which version of Interviewer you are using?

I’m using the V.3.0.1. Fresco

Thanks for your response.

Here’s a picture of the error I’m getting. I tried again and I was able to export about eight submissions just fine but when I manually select almost 200 complete interviews (the ones at 100%), I get this error.

Apologies! I didn’t realise you were running Fresco.

I see from your message that you are running an older version. Would you be able to upgrade to the latest release (3.1.1)? If the error still persists I will set up a support meeting with you personally and get this resolved.

Thanks again, Joshua. I have updated to the latest Fresco but the error still persists, and it’s the same error response.

Please let me know when I can get a support meeting to resolve this.

Really appreciate your help.

No worries. Please visit this link and make an appointment: Calendly

You should get sent a zoom link, and I will speak to you there. Please be logged into your account on Vercel or Netlify (or if you deployed via docker make sure you know how to access that docker container) and be ready to share your screen.

Speak to you then!

Just scheduled a meeting for tomorrow. Today would have been perfect, but I see you have no availability.

Thank you.

Hi trying to join but i can’t. It’s asking me to sign in and I’ve tried but it’s not working

Just tried it again. It’s asking me to join with a commercial Zoom account. Tried logging in with my institution’s account as well but that isn’t working either.

Here’s a link on my personal account: Launch Meeting - Zoom

Hi @Shubz_1

I’m pleased to be able to say I was able to find and fix the issue, thanks to your help.

It turned out that we were being very inefficient with our data export, and wasting resources on the server that subsequently ran out. The app should now support exporting many thousands of interviews at a time.

I also added an “export all completed interviews” option to the UI for you.

These changes are both available in version 3.1.2 of Fresco. If you update they should work immediately.

Hope this helps!

Joshua
