This sounds like something we would need to look into for you.
If you are comfortable giving us access to your participant data (we have human subjects research accreditation, and can also fill out any required research ethics paperwork, if required), please email [email protected] with the database connection string for your instance of Fresco. This will allow us to recreate your installation in a secure local environment in order to explore the issue.
To get this connection string:
- Go to vercel.com and log in to your account.
- Click on the “storage” tab in the top menu bar
- Click on the database you created to store your Fresco data (there should only be one unless you have a pro account with multiple studies).
- In the box at the top of the page (under the heading ‘quickstart’) click button in the top right that says “copy snippet”. Paste this into an email to [email protected]
If you could also let me know which interview IDs seem to not be exporting correctly, I will look into this as soon as I can.
If for some reason you aren’t able to share the data, you could send us your protocol which could possibly enable us to reproduce the issue (although this would depend on the cause).
